A $9.00 return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your store credit. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of shipment.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Red Poppy is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Once your return reaches our warehouse, exchanges or store credits are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
CREDIT & EXCHANGES
We'll issue a store credit or exchange for the full value of the returned item, excluding shipping fees.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges or store credits cannot be issued for items we do not receive.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Received a defective or damaged item? We'll replace it at no extra cost. Just reach out to us as soon as possible.
